2024 TRADITIONAL STROKE LESSONS
Registration OPENED
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26th @ 9:00am
At that time, this page will become a live registration form.
(Toggle back to the home page, then click on the Registration tab again to access the form when it goes live).
PLEASE REVIEW TUITION/PRICING and AVAILABLE WEEKS prior to the registration process. Those will all be posted online, and it helps registration go faster for everyone.
The registration form will have you fill out your name, contact info, and swimmer information.
Once you hit “submit” — it timestamps the form. I will begin contacting individual registrations IN ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED BY TIMESTAMP. I contact each family individually, gather info on each child, and help place them in a class that will maximize their success. This process takes me several days (sometimes up to 2 weeks) pending how quickly I can get responses from families. It’s a tedious process, but it allows me to get to know the goals of each child, and help plan lessons that will create a fun and encouraging environment. I will do my best to keep everyone updated on the registration process as I go!

I do have a zero tolerance policy for bullying of any sort during registration — this includes social media platforms, screen shots, and beyond. Myself and my 2 assistant instructors work diligently to create the best schedule possible for ourselves and each child we are honored to serve.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Complete the live registration form on this page on the registration date listed above. You can register up to 3 children per form. Please provide as MUCH detail as you can regarding their current swimming ability which helps me place them in a great class.
2. Once I process your registration in order it is received via this page, you will receive an email and/or text message from me with availability for your selections from: swimmingwithjordan@gmail.com. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for a response as this is a detailed process.
3. Jordan will contact each person individually IN ORDER OF SUBMISSION and discuss with each parent the available lesson options. This is a tedious process which takes time (1-2 weeks), however it helps place each child in a class that will support and encourage their aquatic progress. Once we agree on lesson dates and times, Jordan will send you an email confirmation.
3. AFTER you receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from me with your time slot that includes registration forms, you will then have 24 hours to have all registration forms AND payment submitted. If you fail to complete your registration forms and payment, your slot will be released to the next individual in line.
4. When all slots are filled, Jordan will send out an email to all remaining registrations with an option to join the waitlist.
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
— you may register for YOUR family only, not another family
— you may make a friend request during your registration — this is NOT a guarantee that your child will be placed in a class with their friend (know that I really do try to make this happen!!) and your friend must also complete their own registration in a timely manner
— Payments for all lessons will be due within 24 HOURS of receiving your registration confirmation
— Double check your calendars and schedules when you are registering
— Jordan will provide instructions for sending in payment AFTER you receive a confirmation email
— Due to the specialized nature of the registration process in which Jordan works diligently to place each child in a class they will have success it, it can take up to a week before you hear from her during opening registration week — thank you for your patience!
AFTER MAY 1st, 2024 NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR 2024 SUMMER LESSONS.
